Personal contact, short decision-making process and an eye on the goods all the way to the final destination. These are some of the characteristics that make Nordcarrier the preferred transport and forwarding company for a large number of medium and small companies. One of our co-owners is a large Group but we as a company attach great importance to personal contact with the customers. And since our Sales Managers are also co-owners, it takes a very short time for an idea to be transformed into a decision.
We have year-long experience and make sure that the goods arrive quickly and securely home. We follow them all the way regardless of their volume and whether they are intended for a shop at Horsens gågade, a shopping centre in Oslo or an industrial warehouse in Germany.
The cargo consists of both general cargo and part/full load and can be anything, from industrial goods to staple goods and refrigerated/frozen goods. Our drivers and lorries are approved for transporting food products and it is a matter of course for us that industrial and food products do not come into contact with each other. We naturally have special lorries for transport of, e.g. fish and all domestic drivers are Danish so as to facilitate communication for everyone. Nordcarrier has separate warehouses which are strategically placed in Hinnerup and Taulov and we deliver everything from the warehouse all the way to your front stairs. All Danish drivers have truck cards, which means that they can unload at the destination themselves.
Environmentally friendly driving also goes without saying and applies to both Nordcarrier's own drivers and our cooperation partners abroad. We have more than 50 lorries at our disposal and make 20 round trips per day to the largest Danish cities. We naturally place the customer at the centre and the administrative formalities in the background, which is why we offer both online booking and EDI file transfer. Our 24-hour service means that we are never more than a phone call away. All transport is subject to the provisions of NSAB2000; see the whole text here. |
